My journey into UX Design began with a foundation in art and customer service, where years of solving problems in real-time sparked my passion for improving people's experiences. UX Design became the perfect intersection of my creative background and commitment to user advocacy.
I thrive in fast-paced startup environments where I can own the design process from concept to launch. Most recently, I’ve been working at a SaaS company called SolidProfessor. When I joined the development team, we had about 6 people and we’ve since grown to around 30. It’s been an incredibly unique opportunity to help shape both product design and team culture. This role has continuously challenged me to evolve as both a designer and collaborator, tackling problems at every scale.
Beyond Work
I enjoy trying new things. This year I climbed Mount Kilimanjaro, which was definitely an adventure, and I managed to finish a half marathon last December. Most of the time though, you'll find me working on various creative projects when inspiration strikes. I dabble in photography, micromacramé, origami tessellations, and seed beading, basically anything that lets me work with my hands and get lost in the details for a while.
